Support full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, content, Amazon marketing, and UGC initiatives for Altra Running across EMEA. Responsibilities include creative trafficking, campaign localisation and optimisation, agency coordination, SEO implementation, creative briefing, product seeding, and platform quality checks. The intern will collaborate with international teams, agencies, creators, and stakeholders while coordinating multiple marketing projects and deadlines.

Manage EMEA trade marketing budgets, investment plans, retailer activation programs, and retail marketing toolkits across wholesale and distributor partners. Coordinate with sales, global marketing, agencies, and production teams to deliver in-store and digital assets, launches, windows, shop-in-shops, banners, and education materials. Track campaign performance, optimize investments, and ensure consistent Altra brand presentation across retail touchpoints.

Manages product creation operations for Altra by structuring internal processes, seasonal development calendars, milestones, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. The role drives operational excellence, issue resolution, standardized tools, event planning, tech pack coordination, and gross margin analysis while ensuring on-time deliverables and brand goals. It requires strong project management, strategic planning, business acumen, event management, vendor management, and leadership in a fast-paced matrix environment.
