Develop seasonal color palettes, graphics, prints, and concepts for Altra footwear. Translate brand vision and trends into commercially relevant product designs, collaborate with product and development teams, create presentations and technical packs, manage color execution from concept through production, review samples, troubleshoot achievability issues, and deliver projects according to the development calendar.
