Responsibilities include employee relations, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and advising executive and practice leaders.

Leads operations across four veterinary facilities, overseeing financial performance, staffing, team development, client experience, business growth, compliance, and OSHA safety. Partners with clinical and support teams to improve patient care, operational efficiency, employee retention, and facility profitability. Manages budgets, KPIs, training, performance reviews, community relationships, and service expansion while fostering an inclusive, accountable workplace culture.

Leads consolidated financial reporting, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, acquisitions, tax compliance, internal controls, KPI analytics, and finance team development. Partners with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic growth, evaluate acquisitions, integrate new practices, improve financial infrastructure, and communicate actionable insights across a multi-state veterinary practice organization.
