Provides executive administrative and operational support to the CEO and President. Responsibilities include complex calendar and email management, meeting coordination, briefing preparation, follow-up tracking, confidential record organization, strategic initiative coordination, travel logistics, executive communications, vendor coordination, and workflow improvement. The role is full-time and in-person in Southeast Michigan, requiring exceptional organization, judgment, discretion, communication, ownership, and follow-through.

Conduct private dog-training sessions and group classes, evaluate behavior, create customized training plans, educate clients, track progress, and provide follow-up guidance. The role also includes scheduling appointments, maintaining records, communicating with clients, collaborating with front-desk and management teams, and supporting marketing efforts. Success requires professional dog-training experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of canine behavior, and the ability to work independently with varied breeds and behavioral needs.

Lead HR strategy across a growing network of 20+ veterinary clinics. Responsibilities include employee relations, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and advising executive and practice leaders.
