Supports DoD medical-network LAN/WAN infrastructure at Fort Stewart. Responsibilities include daily operational support for core and edge switches, troubleshooting OSI Layer 1–3 issues and routing protocols, maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cabling, and implementing hardware and software upgrades. The role requires an active Secret clearance, Security+ CE certification, network infrastructure experience, and either a technical bachelor’s degree with three years of experience or technical training with eight years of experience.

Manage and maintain 100% accountability of Air Force IT assets using ServiceNow ITAM. Receive, inspect, store, track lifecycle, warranty, and coordinate repairs. Ensure compliance with DAFMAN 17-1203, DPAS, DoD/USAF regulations, and site SOPs, maintain audit readiness, and support allocation to authorized custodians.

Monitor and analyze cybersecurity alerts, perform vulnerability scans and forensic analysis, maintain security infrastructure and policies, research and implement mitigation strategies, develop security plans and training, and support incident response and system protection efforts for Air Force Reserve Command IT systems.

Manage and optimize ServiceNow DEV/TEST/PROD instances, implement CAC authentication for IL-4, configure modules (SPM, ITAM, WSD, CMDB, Service Catalog), perform performance tuning, cloning, backups, reporting, user training, and ensure DoD/Air Force cybersecurity compliance while coordinating changes through platform owners.

Provide systems administration and operational support for intelligence training systems, VDI/VMware infrastructure, LMS and IMI delivery, ticketing and account management, and act as Cyber Security Liaison. Troubleshoot hardware/software, build/deploy system images, manage backups, support classified/unclassified networks, and deliver classroom and after-hours support.

Lead and supervise a team of Functional Systems Administrators supporting intelligence training systems. Provide hands-on administration for Windows/Unix/Linux platforms, VDI and VMware infrastructures, NetApp storage, GCCS-I3, LMS/IMI delivery, ticketing (ServiceNow/Remedy), account management, backup/restore, and cybersecurity liaison duties. Ensure system baselines, imaging, and operational support for classified and unclassified environments while delivering classroom and instructor support.

Provide systems administration and operational support for intelligence training applications and infrastructure (Windows/Unix/Linux, VDI, VMware, NetApp). Act as Cyber Security Liaison for ticketing systems, manage accounts/LMS, build and deploy baselines/images, perform backups/restores, and deliver classroom/instructor support. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and adhere to DoD cybersecurity requirements while supporting NIPR/SIPR and classified environments.

Lead IT asset management and compliance for the 17th Training Group. Maintain and verify hardware/software records in ServiceNow HAM/SAM/ITAM, coordinate with change management and stakeholders, conduct compliance audits using inventory reports and scanning tools, track software entitlements and certifications, prepare Certificate to Field packages, and report on risks and discrepancies to ensure DoD audit readiness.

Provide system administration for AFRC IT services: maintain infrastructure, perform proactive patching and refreshes, troubleshoot incidents, provide first-level support, after-hours assistance, and adhere to security protocols.
