Provide on-site LAN/WAN operational support for DoD medical campus network: troubleshoot routing and switching, maintain routers/switches, firewalls and VPNs, perform hardware/software upgrades, and resolve network issues across OSI layers using diagnostic tools.

Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure for an Air Force Reserve Command environment, including proactive patching, equipment refreshes, first-level incident support, after-hours assistance, and adherence to security protocols. Provide user support, system documentation, and coordinate with IT peers; minimal travel required.

Support planning, installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN infrastructure at a DoD medical facility. Use network management tools (Check_MK, Splunk, Cisco ISE, HPNA, HAL), diagnose protocol and hardware issues, configure firewalls/VPNs/IDS, analyze network surveys, and assist with network design and performance optimization.
