Manage onboarding and lifecycle for Scale customers of a sharetech SaaS platform. Guide founders and finance leaders through share-scheme configuration, ensure accuracy and compliance, resolve queries within SLAs, drive retention and expansion, and contribute to process and self-serve improvements.

Lead and grow engineering teams while contributing 20–40% hands-on to the codebase. Own people management, delivery predictability, process improvement, onboarding, and technical credibility. Support performance management, coaching, and technical decisions to improve team health and delivery across a remote-first India-based organisation.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified meetings with founders and senior stakeholders, qualify leads for Equity Consultants, re-engage dormant leads, support expansion within existing customers, maintain HubSpot data accuracy, and feed market insights to marketing and sales.

Sell Vestd’s equity management platform to founders and C-levels through consultative discovery, demos and closes. Own pipeline and forecasts, generate new business with Marketing/SDR support, hand over to Customer Success, and maintain deep product and share-scheme expertise. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality customer interactions.
