Lead product discovery, prioritisation and backlog for a SaaS sharetech platform. Work with engineering and stakeholders to define user stories, plan sprints, launch features, measure outcomes, and identify AI/automation opportunities to improve customer and internal workflows.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified meetings with founders and senior stakeholders, qualify leads for Equity Consultants, re-engage dormant leads, support expansion within existing customers, maintain HubSpot data accuracy, and feed market insights to marketing and sales.

Lead commercial marketing for Growth & Scale BUs: build and execute a performance-focused marketing roadmap, drive acquisition-to-retention pipeline, align with Sales and Customer Success, report performance, and line-manage two Marketing Coordinators while representing the BU within central Marketing.
