Own consultative B2B sales from discovery through close, developing new business with UK companies and engaging CFOs, People leaders, and other senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, commercial positioning, negotiation, forecasting, and closing. Success is measured by ARR, conversion, deal value, pipeline progression, referrals, reactivation, and self-generated opportunities. The role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical sales discipline, communication skills, and comfort working remotely in a startup environment.

Manage onboarding and lifecycle for Scale customers of a sharetech SaaS platform. Guide founders and finance leaders through share-scheme configuration, ensure accuracy and compliance, resolve queries within SLAs, drive retention and expansion, and contribute to process and self-serve improvements.
