Manages property incident reports, supporting documentation, claims and litigation coordination, subrogation tracking, audits, incident trend analysis, and post-incident reviews. The role facilitates regional review meetings, external monitoring touchpoints, and incident-reporting training. It also develops SOPs and training materials, maintains SharePoint records, supports loss-control projects, and performs administrative duties while collaborating with property management, risk teams, leadership, and external partners.

Manage corporate and property vendor contracts, inspection reports, licenses, permits, and vendor documentation. Maintain contract databases, track renewals, support acquisitions and management takeovers, verify vendor onboarding, and assist with procurement opportunities. The role also develops procedures, provides risk management analytics, supports contract administration, and performs administrative duties. Strong organization, research, analytical, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel skills are required.

Manage all leasing and occupancy functions to maximize property occupancy: process applications, move-ins, recertifications, and lease renewals; maintain resident records and property software; coordinate marketing, applicant screening, resident relations, and referrals to maintenance; ensure compliance with affordable housing program rules (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) and company SOPs.
