Provide administrative and operational support for a property management portfolio: data entry, document management, reporting, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and training support. Act as central contact for teams, residents, and vendors, track issues in platforms (including AI content platforms, Rent Cafe, Yardi), and support process improvements and software implementations.

Manage leasing and occupancy processes to maximize property occupancy: process applications, move-ins, recertifications, lease renewals, and maintain resident records. Interact with prospective and current residents, coordinate marketing and waitlists, ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (HUD/Section 8), and support property administrative and financial goals.

Manage leasing, applications, move-ins, renewals, and resident certifications for affordable housing programs. Maintain applicant waitlists, process resident transactions in property software, support marketing and retention, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure compliance with HUD/Section 8 and company SOPs.
