Manage leasing, applications, move-ins, renewals and resident relations to maximize occupancy. Maintain records, process certifications and rent calculations, conduct marketing/outreach, assist with property communications and coordinate with maintenance and management.

Provide administrative and operational support for a property management portfolio: data entry, document management, reporting, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and training support. Act as central contact for teams, residents, and vendors, track issues in platforms (including AI content platforms, Rent Cafe, Yardi), and support process improvements and software implementations.

Manage all leasing and occupancy functions to maximize property occupancy: process applications, move-ins, recertifications, and lease renewals; maintain resident records and property software; coordinate marketing, applicant screening, resident relations, and referrals to maintenance; ensure compliance with affordable housing program rules (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) and company SOPs.
