Configure and deliver enterprise CRM solutions on the Creatio low-code platform. Responsibilities include modeling data, building BPMN processes and dynamic cases, creating UI screens and dashboards, configuring access rights, facilitating client workshops, translating requirements, producing demos, documenting configurations, and supporting SIT and UAT. The role requires direct client interaction and collaboration with architects and developers on configuration versus custom development.

Configure and deliver enterprise CRM solutions using Creatio and other low-code platforms. Build business processes, dynamic cases, screens, dashboards, reports, data models, roles, and access rights. Gather requirements through client workshops, create demonstrations and proofs of concept, document configurations, and support SIT and UAT. Collaborate with architects and developers to determine configuration versus custom-development needs, primarily for regulated banking clients.
