As a Sr. Software Engineer at VGS, you'll develop and maintain the Credential Management Platform and enhance the Event Pipeline, collaborating across teams to build high-throughput services.

Lead platform architecture and modernization for VGS's payment tokenization platform. Define API and tooling standards, drive migrations, own technical debt, collaborate cross-functionally, deliver observability, networking, CLI and enterprise authentication capabilities, and ensure high-quality developer experiences and customer onboarding.

Manage long-term customer integrations, coordinate between customers and engineering, triage and debug issues (logs, cURL/Postman), maintain project trackers and documentation, deliver training, meet SLAs, participate in on-call rotation, and submit bug reports and feature requests.

The Principal Engineer will architect and build scalable payments applications, mentor engineers, and collaborate on technology solutions while ensuring code quality and best practices.

Manage strategic customer accounts, driving retention and revenue growth through product adoption and tailored growth strategies. Engage in onboarding, monitor performance, and establish strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy.
