Performs startup, certification, inspection, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS and battery systems. Provides on-site and phone customer support, documents completed work, maintains equipment and inventory, follows safety procedures, and meets service response and customer satisfaction requirements. The role requires travel, flexible scheduling, physical work, and independent or supervised task completion.

Lead presales electrical design for modular data center and critical infrastructure solutions: read RFPs, develop concept electrical architectures, perform CAD modeling, specify UPS, DC, LV/MV systems and generators, run short-circuit/protection coordination studies, coordinate with other disciplines, produce electrical design documents, and support sales and solution architects.

Owns sales process improvement and the CPQ system across the selling cycle. Designs sales systems and process strategies, partners with IT on CRM and CPQ changes, applies AI and automation, develops standard work instructions, drives user adoption, and leads change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
