Responsibilities include verifying warranty details, scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, obtaining permits, maintaining CRM updates, preparing project documentation, tracking progress, updating invoices and purchasing records, and improving workflow efficiency. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for Roof Inspectors across the West Region. Deliver Vertex Sales University programming, coordinate logistics and technology provisioning, run field ride-alongs and role-plays, maintain training records, and support branch leadership to improve new-hire readiness, retention, and sales performance.

Lead and deliver classroom and field sales training for Vertex Sales University, coach and mentor Florida sales reps and managers, develop enablement curriculum using LMS and AI tools, track regional KPIs, and drive post-training rep performance across Florida markets through ride-alongs and targeted coaching.

Act as the bridge between business teams and data engineering to deliver dashboards, gold-layer dbt models, lightweight internal apps, and automations. Own intake, translate requirements, validate data against ServiceTitan, and improve operational efficiency via AI and automation while partnering with FP&A, Marketing, and Operations.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain financial models, analyze operating results, prepare executive reports, partner with operations to improve profitability, support M&A diligence and QoE reviews, and develop reporting/dashboards (Sigma) and AI-enabled analytics to inform strategic decisions.
