Coordinates roofing warranty projects from contract review through completion. Responsibilities include verifying warranty details, scheduling technicians, communicating with customers, obtaining permits, maintaining CRM updates, preparing project documentation, tracking progress, updating invoices and purchasing records, and improving workflow efficiency. The role works with customers, partner contractors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
