Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain financial models, analyze operating results, prepare executive reports, partner with operations to improve profitability, support M&A diligence and QoE reviews, and develop reporting/dashboards (Sigma) and AI-enabled analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Support month-end close, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, prepare financial statements, reconcile data between ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct, assist audits and compliance, partner with local teams to investigate discrepancies, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting across assigned regional brands.

Lead and deliver classroom and field sales training for Vertex Sales University, coach and mentor Florida sales reps and managers, develop enablement curriculum using LMS and AI tools, track regional KPIs, and drive post-training rep performance across Florida markets through ride-alongs and targeted coaching.
