Requires positive student interaction, strong communication, organization, collaboration, and the ability to maintain a safe learning environment. A high school diploma or GED and successful criminal background check are required.

Provide and oversee English Learner (EL) instruction K-8: deliver pull-out and tutoring sessions, train teachers on AZELLA and EL best practices, track progress, perform diagnostic testing, participate on data and MTSS teams, and support EL program implementation and reporting.
