Assist the principal in school administration, instructional leadership, student discipline, attendance, testing coordination, staff hiring/evaluation/training, program oversight (Junior High, Athletics, Community Education, EL), emergency planning, and parent/community communication. Ensure compliance with district policies and maintain school operations and records using student information and assessment systems.

Provide in-school support to teachers, students, and staff: clerical tasks, student supervision (drills, lunches, field trips), assist small groups, help with drop-off/pick-up, maintain confidentiality and professional communication.

Provide clerical and classroom support to teachers and administrators, supervise students during drills, assemblies, recess, lunch, and field trips, assist with drop-off/pick-up (Driveline), support small-group or individual student learning, use educational computer programs as needed, maintain student confidentiality, perform routine tasks and physical duties as assigned.
