Provides flexible support across a K-8 school by assisting teachers, supervising and reinforcing student learning, covering office and staff breaks, supporting arrival and dismissal, preparing materials, and helping with lunches, recess, drills, assemblies, and field trips. Maintains a safe, positive learning environment and collaborates with school staff, students, families, and administrators. Requires a criminal history background check and, for Texas employees, fingerprint clearance.

Provides temporary or ongoing leadership for assigned school campuses, assessing needs and directing instructional programs, staff performance, student achievement, campus culture, safety, compliance, budgets, facilities, communications, and daily operations. The role supervises and develops staff, manages improvement plans, supports families and communities, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads campuses through vacancies, transitions, growth, or periods of heightened need.

Provide and oversee English Learner (EL) instruction K-8: deliver pull-out and tutoring sessions, train teachers on AZELLA and EL best practices, track progress, perform diagnostic testing, participate on data and MTSS teams, and support EL program implementation and reporting.
