Operates combo and semi-vacuum units for industrial cleaning and waste removal, including vacuuming liquids, sludge, drilling fluids, and debris. Uses high-pressure water systems, controls hoses and valves, performs inspections and routine maintenance, completes operational documentation, and follows safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Requires a valid Class 1 driver’s license, clean commercial abstract, two years of relevant operating experience, ELD experience, and H2S Alive, First Aid, and CSO certifications.

Manage environmental liability programs for upstream oil and gas clients across northeastern British Columbia and Alberta. Responsibilities include planning and overseeing assessments, remediation, reclamation, compliance, groundwater monitoring, and closure projects; managing scopes, budgets, schedules, client relationships, technical reporting, and regulatory sign-off; and mentoring environmental staff while promoting safety, quality, and business growth.

Analyze field data and support technical reports while supervising field personnel and managing project budgets, schedules, equipment, and mobilization. Interpret environmental regulations, improve internal procedures, mentor teams, and perform fieldwork across western Canada in variable conditions.

Conduct hydrogeological assessments, groundwater monitoring, aquifer and hydraulic conductivity testing, drilling oversight, borehole logging, well design, and data interpretation. Prepare technical reports, manage project budgets and logistics, supervise and train field personnel, and improve internal hydrogeology procedures. The role includes fieldwork and travel throughout western Canada, often under changing schedules and inclement conditions.

Assists Hydrovac operators with unit operations, maintenance, inspections, housekeeping, documentation, and customer service. Ensures compliance with safety, transportation, hazardous materials, environmental, and company regulations. Requires at least one year of Hydrovac or Combovac swamper experience, a clean Class 5 driver’s abstract, safety tickets, physical fitness, independent work ability, and willingness to accept after-hours calls.
