Mentor staff and guide service-line growth in energy, mining, transportation, and commercial sectors.

Lead and grow Vertex's Urban Development & Infrastructure practice in Alberta by managing multidisciplinary biophysical and environmental projects, ensuring technical quality, mentoring staff, driving business development for ESAs and permitting, and maintaining client and regulatory relationships.

Lead wildlife monitoring, mitigation, baseline studies, regulatory permitting, ARU and camera deployment, and support integrated biophysical service delivery for energy, mining, transportation, and industrial projects.

Lead and grow Vertex's Urban Development & Infrastructure practice in Alberta by managing multidisciplinary environmental and biophysical projects, ensuring technical excellence, mentoring staff, driving business development, client relationship management, regulatory permitting, and overseeing Stage 1/2 ESAs, remediation and reclamation work.

Provide administrative and accounting support for Vertex Resource Services: full-cycle AR/AP, invoice preparation and submission, project setup in internal systems, budget monitoring, procurement, equipment tracking, onboarding support, and liaison with internal teams and corporate shared services.
