Manage environmental reclamation and plant sciences projects across oil sands, mining, and upstream energy sectors. Responsibilities include client engagement, budgeting, scheduling, regulatory compliance, technical reporting, field program oversight, staff mentoring, team leadership, and support for reclamation and revegetation research initiatives. The role requires substantial field participation during the field season and oversight of project quality, safety, financial performance, and delivery.

Coordinates end-to-end proposal processes for RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, bids, and qualification packages. Responsibilities include reviewing solicitation requirements, managing schedules and compliance trackers, gathering input from subject matter experts, drafting and editing content, coordinating reviews and submissions, maintaining templates and content libraries, supporting presentations, and improving proposal tools and processes.
