Support hydrovac operations by assisting operators, performing unit maintenance, completing inspections and paperwork, following health, safety and environmental regulations, and providing customer service.

Provide administrative and accounting support for project invoicing and billing. Responsibilities include ERP project setup, invoice preparation and submission (OpenInvoice, Pandell, Ariba), full-cycle AR/AP processing, WIP management, collections, liaison with project managers and clients, maintaining data integrity, and preparing project-focused reports. Provide backup support to other administrators as required.

Perform predominantly field-based vegetation, soils, tree and wetland assessments across oil, gas and mine sites; manage and analyze field data, create maps using GIS, and produce technical reports. Work independently and in teams, travel throughout Western Canada, follow safety procedures, and support related disciplines as needed.
