Manage multiple nationwide electronic security system installation projects for the United States Marshals Service. Responsibilities include overseeing resources, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, inventory, contractual compliance, safety, invoices, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites and expertise in access control, CCTV, video management, intrusion detection, intercoms, construction coordination, IT systems, and client management.

Supports Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategy and modernization initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking implementation milestones, assessing risks, developing POA&Ms, performance measures, dashboards, executive reports, and strategic recommendations. The role connects tactical installation activities with Headquarters-level policy, governance, asset management, infrastructure modernization, readiness, and business-process transformation priorities.

Leads Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategy, policy, governance, and modernization initiatives. Coordinates stakeholders across Headquarters Air Force, MAJCOMs, FIELDCOMs, AFCEC, AFIMSC, installations, and external partners. Develops decision-ready products, compliance assessments, performance measures, resource analyses, executive briefings, and implementation plans. Translates strategic objectives into milestones, identifies execution risks, supports infrastructure sustainment and readiness programs, and advises senior leaders on enterprise operational improvements.

Supports Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategic initiatives through governance, policy development, program analysis, stakeholder coordination, audit response, compliance monitoring, and executive decision support. Develops implementation guidance, action plans, briefings, reports, and corrective action plans while coordinating across Headquarters Air Force, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, installations, and Department of Defense organizations. Helps improve enterprise readiness, mission assurance, operational effectiveness, and standardized Civil Engineer Operations processes.

Analyzes CBRN threats and advises Air Force stakeholders on modernization, capability needs, acquisition, policy, and strategic planning. Develops decision analyses, recommendations, briefings, and documentation for senior leaders, working groups, and integrated teams. Coordinates across Air Force, Joint, DoD, and NATO organizations to ensure CBRN equities are incorporated into research, development, acquisition, and contingency planning.

Lead and manage 24/7 NAVAIDS, radar, communications, and airfield lighting maintenance operations in a deployed Iraq environment. Oversee staff, schedules, budgets, training, inspections, documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with prime contractor and government/ATC stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant airfield operations.

Support the Risk Management Framework lifecycle by developing documentation, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal standards while working with security tools.

The Project Engineer facilitates maintenance and repair projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, ensuring technical compliance and safety while coordinating with various stakeholders and reviewing project documentation.

Manage USACE recurring maintenance and minor repair task orders: plan, schedule, monitor budgets, oversee service orders and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality compliance, coordinate stakeholders, perform site audits, mentor staff, and support contract administration and billing throughout project lifecycle.

Oversee DoD/USACE fuel systems RMMR operations: plan and schedule maintenance and repairs, develop scopes and cost estimates, supervise and train crews, ensure code/compliance (UFC/API/UFGS), maintain safety and quality, produce reports and documentation, and coordinate with USACE, subcontractors, and project managers.

Lead and implement quality control for maintenance and repair of DoD fuel facilities. Develop QC plans, conduct inspections and testing, document non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with USACE standards and regulations. Provide oversight, training, and reporting to stakeholders.

Lead development and management of the Safety Management System for recurring maintenance and minor repair of DoD fuel facilities. Ensure compliance with OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1, conduct audits, AHAs, incident investigations, deliver training, implement corrective actions, emergency response planning, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

Manage and oversee DoD fuel systems maintenance under USACE RMMR contracts: plan and schedule work, supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure code and safety compliance (UFC, API, UFGS), develop scopes and cost estimates, prepare reports and documentation, procure materials, train personnel, and maintain quality control and safety on-site.

Lead Energy and Resiliency program management for USSF: design resilient microgrids and SMR solutions, conduct feasibility studies, navigate DOE/NRC pathways, assess infrastructure vulnerabilities, support classified TS-level resiliency planning, and align energy strategy with operational readiness.

Manage and administer ESS/ePO and ACAS operations, ensure RMF/STIG/SRG compliance, perform vulnerability scanning and CMRS reporting, maintain servers and patches, support DLP, troubleshoot production incidents, produce security reports, and collaborate with IT and military stakeholders to secure and maintain IT infrastructure.

Manage and coordinate air and sea terminal cargo operations, ensuring safe, timely movement of cargo. Duties include loading/unloading, palletizing, weighing, manifesting with GATES, hazardous materials and joint inspections, customs coordination, aircraft load planning, equipment operation, and compliance with applicable military transport regulations.

Operate DEERS/RAPIDS site per DMDC and DoD policies: manage customer flow, verify eligibility, issue ID cards, maintain security and records, produce reports, complete required training, and support site readiness and audits.

Provide Operational Contract Support for ASG-J: develop and review acquisition packages, conduct market research, manage ACSA execution and reconciliation, maintain contract documentation and continuity, coordinate with government and military stakeholders, track requirements lifecycle, and support OCS reporting and administrative needs in accordance with DoD and Army policies.

Provide travel validation, entitlement determination, quality assurance, and coordination for DoD travelers in ASG-Jordan. Review travel packets, DTS authorizations, GCWs, and CBA/IBA actions; coordinate with TMCs, airlines, and commands; ensure compliance with JTR, Fly America, and DoD travel policy. Support short-notice and mission-critical travel, maintain travel records, protect PII, and deliver customer service in an operational deployed environment.
