Operates and maintains SCADA, PLC, generator controls, and power-generation systems across remote military installations. Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, networking, and control-system failures; performs preventive and emergency repairs; maintains documentation, inventories, and system security; and supports generator synchronization and power distribution. The role also supervises personnel, coordinates with military and contractor stakeholders, enforces safety procedures, and provides operational reporting and technical leadership.

Supervise power generation operations and maintenance across remote military sites. Manage personnel, schedules, safety, environmental compliance, reporting, inspections, troubleshooting, emergency response, generator synchronization, electrical distribution, fuel systems, SCADA, and corrective repairs. Coordinate with military representatives, prime contractors, subcontractors, and senior leadership while ensuring reliable power production, regulatory compliance, documentation, and workforce performance.

Coordinates USACE RMMR repair and modification service orders for DoD fuel facilities. Develops technical scopes, cost estimates, schedules, logistics plans, and project packages; reviews specifications for compliance; coordinates clients, subcontractors, engineers, and field personnel; audits invoices and submittals; manages project closeout and service order status. The role also supports meetings, contract compliance, and occasional domestic site visits.

Manages an air traffic control facility at Ascension Auxiliary Airfield. Oversees facility operations, personnel scheduling, equipment readiness, regulatory compliance, training programs, controller qualification testing, reporting, emergency assistance, and administrative records. Requires a USN background, FAA certification, SECRET clearance, extensive ATC experience, military or FAA training, facility management qualifications, and the ability to work shifts in remote and austere conditions.

Supports federal NEPA reviews, including environmental assessments, impact statements, categorical exclusions, public involvement, agency coordination, and administrative records. Integrates interdisciplinary resource analyses, drafts technical and regulatory documents, tracks comments and commitments, and supports project schedules, budgets, quality control, subcontractors, and proposals. Coordinates with federal agencies, regulators, tribal representatives, technical specialists, and stakeholders. Conducts site visits and provides guidance to junior staff while ensuring compliance with customer procedures and environmental requirements.

Leads complex federal NEPA reviews, including environmental assessments, impact statements, categorical exclusions, alternatives analysis, public involvement, consultation, and decision documents. Advises federal clients, manages interdisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and quality control. Coordinates agencies, tribes, regulators, stakeholders, and counsel while preparing defensible environmental documentation. Mentors staff, supports proposals, and conducts site visits. Requires extensive federal NEPA experience, strong technical writing, project leadership, Microsoft 365 proficiency, travel availability, and ability to obtain required federal access or clearance.

Manages federal government contract pricing operations, including cost models, pricing strategies, cost volumes, BOE documentation, and compliant proposal deliverables. Ensures adherence to FAR, CAS, DCAA, and DCMA requirements across complex contract types and proposals. Partners with business development, operations, contracts, procurement, and finance to develop competitive, executable pricing. Analyzes costs, rates, margins, risks, and subcontractor pricing while supervising and mentoring pricing analysts.

Leads adoption, implementation, validation, training, documentation, support, and continuous improvement for enterprise digital and PaaS solutions. Establishes customer engagement models, help desk processes, KPIs, dashboards, and satisfaction metrics; translates user feedback into product and roadmap improvements. Partners with technical teams, program managers, executives, and customers to mature applications, strengthen customer confidence, support demonstrations and proposals, and expand platform usage across federal, defense, international, and commercial markets.

Supports Air Force Military Construction programs by developing governance documents, analyzing requirements and compliance, coordinating project authorization and Congressional notification packages, preparing DD Form 1391 documentation, and presenting program updates to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborates with Air Staff, MAJCOMs, AFCEC, AFIMSC, and other DoD agencies on project planning, budgeting, policy execution, and process improvements.

Manage multiple nationwide electronic security system installation projects for the United States Marshals Service. Responsibilities include overseeing resources, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, scope, quality, inventory, contractual compliance, safety, invoices, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites and expertise in access control, CCTV, video management, intrusion detection, intercoms, construction coordination, IT systems, and client management.

Supports Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategy and modernization initiatives by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking implementation milestones, assessing risks, developing POA&Ms, performance measures, dashboards, executive reports, and strategic recommendations. The role connects tactical installation activities with Headquarters-level policy, governance, asset management, infrastructure modernization, readiness, and business-process transformation priorities.

Leads Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategy, policy, governance, and modernization initiatives. Coordinates stakeholders across Headquarters Air Force, MAJCOMs, FIELDCOMs, AFCEC, AFIMSC, installations, and external partners. Develops decision-ready products, compliance assessments, performance measures, resource analyses, executive briefings, and implementation plans. Translates strategic objectives into milestones, identifies execution risks, supports infrastructure sustainment and readiness programs, and advises senior leaders on enterprise operational improvements.

Supports Air Force Civil Engineer Operations strategic initiatives through governance, policy development, program analysis, stakeholder coordination, audit response, compliance monitoring, and executive decision support. Develops implementation guidance, action plans, briefings, reports, and corrective action plans while coordinating across Headquarters Air Force, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, installations, and Department of Defense organizations. Helps improve enterprise readiness, mission assurance, operational effectiveness, and standardized Civil Engineer Operations processes.

Support the Risk Management Framework lifecycle by developing documentation, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal standards while working with security tools.

The Project Engineer facilitates maintenance and repair projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, ensuring technical compliance and safety while coordinating with various stakeholders and reviewing project documentation.

Lead Energy and Resiliency program management for USSF: design resilient microgrids and SMR solutions, conduct feasibility studies, navigate DOE/NRC pathways, assess infrastructure vulnerabilities, support classified TS-level resiliency planning, and align energy strategy with operational readiness.

Manage and administer ESS/ePO and ACAS operations, ensure RMF/STIG/SRG compliance, perform vulnerability scanning and CMRS reporting, maintain servers and patches, support DLP, troubleshoot production incidents, produce security reports, and collaborate with IT and military stakeholders to secure and maintain IT infrastructure.
