Maintain, install, and repair doors, locks, structural components, roofing, flooring, drywall, masonry, sheetmetal, welding, tension fabric systems, and security hardware. Perform fabrication, corrosion control, painting, and locksmith services. Support remodels, refurbishments, and demolitions in austere/high-heat environments; must obtain US government clearance and be able to travel internationally.

Operate and maintain air terminal passenger services per governing directives: process passengers, manage baggage and lost/mishandled procedures, determine travel eligibility, perform briefings, operate/inspect passenger buses and vans, transport and escort personnel, handle funds and Distinguished Visitors, perform Wing-Walker duties, and complete supplemental passenger service tasks as assigned.

Maintain and troubleshoot telecommunications, access control, and perimeter surveillance systems (satellite, radio, telephone, VOIP, CCTV). Perform preventive maintenance, crypto material handling (EKMS/KG175-X), circuit path resolution (DISA CCSD), system installations/upgrades, documentation, and after-hours recall support for 24/7 operations.
