Supports the design, configuration, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of middleware integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems. The role assists with deployments, upgrades, production incidents, customer projects, technical documentation, and customer communications while developing expertise through mentorship. Responsibilities include managing integration connections, resolving connectivity issues, understanding technical requirements, and progressing toward independent ownership of integration activities and customer support.

Provides technical consulting for SAP document management, archiving, ABAP development, configuration, integrations, testing, transports, deployments, and troubleshooting. The role translates customer requirements into SAP solutions, supports ECC and S/4HANA environments, and collaborates with business users, functional consultants, developers, and distributed international teams throughout implementation and ongoing support.
