Support customer implementations and deployments of VersaFile solutions in SAP and related environments. Assist with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, product testing, and pre-sales demos. Collaborate with product and development teams, gather requirements, and produce implementation guides and knowledge-base content while learning SAP integrations and document management systems.

Lead technical pre-sales activities for SAP-integrated archiving solutions: build and deliver demos, guide proofs-of-concept, design solution architectures, respond to RFPs, run discovery workshops, and feed customer insights into product and implementation playbooks.

Drive enterprise software sales across the UK & EMEA. Build and manage customer and partner relationships, qualify and close opportunities, support partner enablement, manage pipeline in Salesforce, represent the company at events, and grow existing accounts through expansions and cross-sells.
