Investigates suspected dealer and borrower fraud across auto loan originations and servicing. Reviews loan applications, funding packages, account activity, and contracts; interviews relevant parties; conducts audits using investigative databases; prepares case reports and recommendations; analyzes defaults, charge-offs, and skip accounts; supports collateral recovery, litigation, restitution, and claims; and helps improve fraud controls, detection rules, training, and compliance documentation.

Oversees quotas, portfolio delinquency and loss levels, dealer relationships, marketing strategies, operational improvements, regulatory compliance, staffing, coaching, training, and performance management. Sells company products and services to independent and franchise car dealerships while coordinating with internal departments and traveling among multiple sales locations.
