Coordinates recruiting and hiring activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, resume screening, ATS updates, job postings, background checks, offers, onboarding, internal transfers, career fairs, recruitment metrics, and employer-branding support. Provides administrative assistance to Recruiters and Human Resources while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with employment regulations.

Manages regional dealer relationships and promotes automotive financing solutions to independent and franchise dealerships. Responsibilities include generating leads, developing new partnerships, managing sales pipelines, supporting dealer sales goals, implementing sales and marketing strategies, educating partners, and representing the company through substantial regional travel.

Provides day-to-day administration, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, servers, storage, VoIP, cloud services, and business-critical applications. Manages Microsoft and Azure environments, hybrid identity, virtualization, cloud migrations, security policies, and data center operations. Supports infrastructure projects, evaluates technical solutions, troubleshoots systems, and maintains performance and reliability across corporate and data center networks.
