Designs, delivers, and evaluates employee training programs across departments, including new-hire, on-the-job, and advanced training. Assesses training needs, develops manuals and course materials, presents instruction using varied methods, monitors effectiveness, gathers feedback, and partners with management on policy and business updates. Requires consumer finance training experience, strong presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and up to 20% travel.

Develops and manages relationships with independent and franchise auto dealerships across an assigned region. Promotes vehicle financing solutions, generates new dealer leads, manages the sales pipeline, supports dealership quotas, and educates partners on offerings. The role requires extensive regional travel, outside sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and at least two years of auto lending or automotive sales experience.

Resolves charged-off auto loan accounts through inbound and outbound calls, repayment or settlement negotiations, skip tracing, asset searches, and recommendations for legal action. Coordinates approved legal proceedings with the in-house legal department while complying with federal, state, and local collections regulations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, customer interaction, independent work, and flexibility for overtime.
