Supervise and develop a 10+ person funding team, including nearshore staff. Review and audit auto loan applications and contracts for lending-policy and state and federal compliance. Manage dealer and internal relationships, oversee reporting and performance goals, schedule staff, and support recruitment, coaching, evaluations, and training. Requires flexibility for overtime and some Saturdays.

Provides day-to-day desktop and end-user support for office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network issues. Administers Active Directory, user and group accounts, Group Policy, local IT infrastructure, hardware, systems, and applications. Monitors and maintains business-critical office systems, manages helpdesk tickets, supports IT projects, and ensures adherence to IT policies. Requires flexible availability, strong problem-solving skills, professional communication, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Investigates suspected dealer and borrower fraud across auto loan originations and servicing. Reviews loan applications, funding packages, account activity, and contracts; interviews relevant parties; conducts audits using investigative databases; prepares case reports and recommendations; analyzes defaults, charge-offs, and skip accounts; supports collateral recovery, litigation, restitution, and claims; and helps improve fraud controls, detection rules, training, and compliance documentation.
