The Electrode Industrialization Engineer will manage electrode design integration, oversee project execution, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement in battery manufacturing.

Perform lithium‑ion cell prototyping and testing, support electrode fabrication (coating, pressing, cutting), optimize manufacturing process parameters, document protocols and IP, and assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a cleanroom R&D environment.

Ensure product and process quality across development and changes by deploying APQP (FMEA, control and validation plans), tracking KPIs, managing risk/change matrices, coordinating corrective actions, and leading quality reviews with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
