Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for the Wireless Network Management Center. Analyze wireless trouble tickets and alarms to identify trends and business impact, interpret worklog entries, understand automation workflows, and answer user questions. The role also involves troubleshooting complex problems, supporting large-scale IT systems and applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and adapting code to new scripting languages in a hybrid work environment.

Operate and maintain Verizon’s virtual Radio Access Network, including vRAN upgrades, new element deployments, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal and external teams, maintain technical documentation, meet restoration and resolution metrics, and recommend process and tooling improvements. The role requires cloud, containerized platform, wireless RAN, cellular network performance, engineering documentation, and project-management experience, with shift work supporting U.S. daytime hours.

Develop and grow business accounts by prospecting, qualifying leads, closing new sales, retaining customers, and expanding revenue. Consult with business clients to identify technology needs and recommend solutions involving wireless, cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms. Build relationships with decision-makers, present multi-product solutions, coordinate with partners, track sales performance, and travel throughout the assigned territory.
