Build, maintain, and improve robust React-based frontend components for internal and client-facing tools. Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to ship features, address technical debt, perform code reviews, and maintain high code quality and test coverage.

Lead a cross-functional engineering team to design and implement end-to-end inventory insight solutions from edge data collection to client-facing analytics. Mentor engineers, own architecture and roadmap, engage with customers onsite, contribute hands-on to ML/vision and software development, and ensure high-quality delivery and integration across hardware and software systems.

Develop and deploy perception models that convert drone RGBD sensor data into inventory signals (barcodes, counts, segmentation). Fine-tune and evaluate detection/segmentation/VLMs, analyze failures on real drone data, optimize models for drone or cloud inference, and work onsite with clients to translate operational needs into practical perception solutions.

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents and automations (using MCP) to integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and other tools. Create analytics dashboards and synthesize product telemetry into actionable insights for CSMs, consult with enterprise clients, and collaborate with Data Engineering to reduce churn and drive product adoption.

Own execution of integrated B2B marketing programs across email, social, events, and digital channels. Build landing pages, workflows, and digital assets in HubSpot, manage organic LinkedIn presence, support event logistics and promotions, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting to drive pipeline.
