Lead a cross-functional engineering team to design and implement end-to-end inventory insight solutions from edge data collection to client-facing analytics. Mentor engineers, own architecture and roadmap, engage with customers onsite, contribute hands-on to ML/vision and software development, and ensure high-quality delivery and integration across hardware and software systems.

Develop and deploy perception models that convert drone RGBD sensor data into inventory signals (barcodes, counts, segmentation). Fine-tune and evaluate detection/segmentation/VLMs, analyze failures on real drone data, optimize models for drone or cloud inference, and work onsite with clients to translate operational needs into practical perception solutions.
