The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, inventory management, and performance improvements while ensuring customer service excellence and account profitability.

Manage day-to-day client engagement as primary point of contact, support sales, maintain client records, coordinate with estimating/scheduling/production, resolve issues, analyze account data, onboard customers, and support process improvements and RFPs.

Process custom print orders, manage printed botanical content, write plant data descriptions, add photography, create and track job tickets, maintain ERP records, monitor scheduling, communicate with accounts/sales, escalate issues, facilitate cross-department work, and support reporting tools for finance.
