The Print Sales Associate supports sales representatives by managing orders, handling inventory issues, and preparing sales materials, while learning the sales process and developing customer relationships.

Supervises daily corrugated packaging manufacturing operations, production teams, machinery, safety, quality, inventory, and workflow efficiency. Trains and evaluates employees, coordinates shift transitions, monitors equipment performance, addresses maintenance needs, inspects products, analyzes production data, and implements continuous improvement initiatives. The role operates in a warehouse environment with rotating shifts and significant physical demands, including lifting and material handling.
