Manage inventory replenishment and planning parameters for assigned products and suppliers using Oracle EVO. Monitor forecasts, inventory levels, exceptions, purchase requisitions, supplier performance, and replenishment policies to optimize fill rate and days inventory on hand. Collaborate with demand planning, sourcing, category management, sales, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues, improve service levels, support marketing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Coordinate custom packaging projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, documentation, quality, and customer communication. The role tracks project performance, mitigates risks, coordinates logistics, supports ERP transactions, negotiates supplier pricing, identifies sourcing options, and develops efficient, sustainable solutions. Success requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple projects under changing conditions.

Supports Sales Operations by improving incentive administration, data governance, reporting, analytics, system integrations, and process automation. The role owns requirements, system implementation support, data quality analysis, dashboards, controls, testing, transformation roadmaps, and executive metrics. It partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams to standardize processes, reduce manual work, improve auditability, and enhance Sales Incentive operations.
