An 18-month rotational program for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across supply chain functions. Participants support demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, purchase orders, excess inventory disposition, stock transfers, and customer-dedicated inventory reviews. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, project ownership, process improvement, data analysis, and use of Oracle supply chain systems. Successful participants may transition into permanent supply chain opportunities.

Process, reconcile, balance, and report U.S. payroll accurately and timely. Review payroll data for discrepancies, maintain process documentation and SOX compliance, support payroll analytics and reporting, resolve issues with third-party vendors, and coordinate with Workday time-tracking stakeholders. The role also identifies payroll process optimization and automation opportunities, supports HR Services projects, handles confidential information, and communicates with HR, managers, service center staff, and employees.

Coordinates daily manufacturing production to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets. Assigns work, directs and develops production employees, monitors workflow and performance, resolves operational issues, verifies product quality, enforces safety and manufacturing procedures, collaborates with shipping, receiving, maintenance, quality, and management teams, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
