Leads Innovation Lab research and applied technology innovation across IoT, AI, cloud, automation, digital services, and data-driven insights. Designs research frameworks, prototypes, evaluates projects, develops white papers and system models, builds partner ecosystems, facilitates co-innovation, and presents technology findings to internal and external audiences. Requires extensive IT experience, research leadership, industry networking, and strong communication skills.

Develop and maintain automated search and indexing systems using Apache Lucene, Solr, and Elasticsearch. Build scalable indexes, shards, and refined searches across structured and unstructured data. Configure ingestion for diverse file types and repositories, optimize application performance, create monitoring and reporting tools, perform upgrades, and validate indexed datasets. The role requires infrastructure, Java, scripting, analytics, scaling, performance tuning, and strong problem-solving skills.

Provides production support for IBM iSeries applications, requiring RPG, ILE, CL, database, and SQL expertise. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining applications, with middleware experience in IBM MQ Series and FTP considered advantageous. Knowledge of securities, treasury, safe custody, and ITIL is also beneficial.
