Architects FHIR-compliant clinical data models and develops strategies to harmonize data from EHRs, HIEs, and claims. Serves as a subject matter expert in clinical ontologies, defines value sets, establishes validation frameworks, and documents data requirements for engineering teams. The role requires advanced Python and SQL skills, expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, and at least five years of clinical informatics or healthcare data integration experience.

Own compensation benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, survey databases, and vendor relationships. Lead annual merit and corporate bonus cycles from planning through approvals and budget tracking. Partner with HR and business leaders on job leveling, pay-band guidance, and competitive offers. Build Excel models, dashboards, and reports for pay equity, compensation trends, and compliance. Maintain compensation policies and governance while handling confidential employee data.

Administers health, welfare, and 401(k) plans; leads annual open enrollment; ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and related requirements. Manages carriers, third-party administrators, and recordkeepers; oversees vendor agreements, reconciles invoices, analyzes utilization and plan performance, supports budgeting, and communicates benefits information to employees. This individual contributor independently leads benefits projects, implementations, renewals, and process improvements.
