Prepare revenue, gross margin, and operating expense forecasts and budgets; perform variance and profitability analyses; monitor OPEX; collaborate with finance, sales, and business leaders; develop P&L projections and pricing analyses; and support performance meetings and strategic decision-making across the LATAM region.

Leads a team of 4–8 developers while designing, developing, and delivering scalable Java microservices and backend applications. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, code reviews, mentoring, technical strategy, performance optimization, production troubleshooting, CI/CD collaboration, Agile delivery, and ensuring quality, security, and compliance. The role requires strong Java, Spring Boot, cloud, DevOps, database, messaging, testing, and team leadership expertise.

Provides operational and analytical support to a regional sales team through pipeline management, CRM data maintenance, order tracking, reporting, meeting preparation, process improvement, compliance documentation, purchase requisitions, and collections support. Coordinates with finance, legal, operations, marketing, customers, and partners to resolve deal issues and maintain accurate sales processes across Latin American and Caribbean markets.
