Teams at Verifone

Leads product strategy and execution across multiple payment technology product lines. Oversees portfolio management, roadmaps, market research, customer feedback, enterprise RFP proposals, product development, launches, and optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver scalable solutions across EMEA and global markets. Advises executives on product investments, drives analytics-based decisions, and leads global cross-functional teams delivering complex payments initiatives.

Own and grow enterprise client relationships by driving retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, and value delivery. Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, provide payment technology and hardware expertise, resolve complex issues, develop account plans, forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with technical, product, and support teams.

Drive new business and account expansion for Verifone’s operational services portfolio, including installation, maintenance, repair, logistics, and device lifecycle solutions. Own opportunities from prospecting through solution development, negotiation, implementation, and revenue realization. Build pipelines, forecast sales, develop customer relationships, present proposals, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and support strategic account growth. Travel throughout the United States and Canada approximately 30–50% of the time.
