Partner with Account Executives across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets to drive technical sales engagements and revenue. Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, proof-of-concept engagements, and objection resolution. Translate technical capabilities into business value, collaborate with Product and Engineering, develop reusable sales materials, and support opportunities through technical validation and handover.

Lead product marketing to define positioning, messaging, vertical GTM, and sales enablement. Build competitive intelligence, drive product launches, and partner with Sales and Product to accelerate pipeline, win deals, and scale segment-driven growth for enterprise customers.

Partners with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements, conduct discovery, deliver product demonstrations, manage evaluations and proofs of concept, resolve technical objections, and translate technical capabilities into business value. Collaborates with Sales and Product teams to improve sales materials and processes. Requires customer-facing technical presales experience, API knowledge, strong communication skills, and commercial acumen.

Own the Customer Portal product strategy, discovery, roadmap, prioritization, metrics, delivery, and launches. Connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and customer trust while partnering with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops, and Design. Mentor PMs, establish product craft standards, champion AI practices, and progressively build and lead the product team.

Own the technical roadmap for Veriff’s physical document identity verification product, balancing accuracy, coverage, fraud detection, conversion, latency, and cost. Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, operations, annotation teams, analytics, legal, marketing, and go-to-market teams. Lead technical customer discussions, define model success metrics, investigate data issues, manage trade-offs, and launch scalable product improvements.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise opportunities, while nurturing relationships and innovating sales processes for growth.

Design, build, and operate backend services for the orchestration engine and automated decisioning pipeline. Deliver orchestration features, improve resilience (idempotency, backpressure, retries), maintain observability, participate in on-call rotations and incident response, and drive engineering quality via code reviews, CI, documentation, and mentoring.

The Senior Account Executive will engage enterprise clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the sales process.
