Lead product marketing to define positioning, messaging, vertical GTM, and sales enablement. Build competitive intelligence, drive product launches, and partner with Sales and Product to accelerate pipeline, win deals, and scale segment-driven growth for enterprise customers.

Partners with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements, conduct discovery, deliver product demonstrations, manage evaluations and proofs of concept, resolve technical objections, and translate technical capabilities into business value. Collaborates with Sales and Product teams to improve sales materials and processes. Requires customer-facing technical presales experience, API knowledge, strong communication skills, and commercial acumen.

Own the Customer Portal product strategy, discovery, roadmap, prioritization, metrics, delivery, and launches. Connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and customer trust while partnering with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops, and Design. Mentor PMs, establish product craft standards, champion AI practices, and progressively build and lead the product team.
