Lead and manage month-end close, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, intercompany accounting, tax and statutory reporting across multiple entities. Maintain Xero general ledgers, implement financial controls, oversee audits, support FP&A and acquisition integrations, and manage a team of three accountants to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.

Manage assigned top-tier clients to ensure timely completion of background checks, keep aging cases under 5% beyond 45 days, respond to client inquiries within 2 hours, expedite requests, host client review calls, audit cases monthly, support QBRs, and meet proactivity KPIs while maintaining NPS.

Review and interpret client orders to scope global background checks, ensure data completeness and accuracy, identify and escalate issues, coordinate with verification, research and compliance teams, learn country-specific rules, and assist process improvements to maintain turnaround time and data quality.

Provide B2B client support for background screening processes (criminal, employment, education, references, licences). Monitor case progress, resolve client queries, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure secure handling of sensitive data and compliance with privacy laws.

Senior Finance Analyst responsible for FP&A, management reporting, and group treasury across multiple entities. Tasks include monthly management reporting, budget vs actual analysis, Power BI dashboard development, data consolidation and reconciliation, manual invoicing support, cash monitoring and banking platform administration (Airwallex, HSBC, Citibank), and driving reporting/process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The Client Support Specialist resolves client inquiries related to background checks, coordinates with internal teams, and promotes process improvements while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
