Coordinate end-to-end Missing Information follow-ups for background verification cases. Liaise with candidates and clients via email, phone, and chat to collect documentation, track and resolve MI cases within SLAs, provide candidate support on data entry and technical issues, and maintain professional, accurate communication throughout the process.
