Lead multi-entity accounting and finance operations across global entities. Own month-end close, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, intercompany accounting, tax and statutory reporting, and financial controls. Manage a small team of accountants, improve processes/SOPs, liaise with auditors/tax agents, and support FP&A and post-acquisition integration.

Drive new business across EMEA by owning the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market clients. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate and close deals (£30K-£100K+), manage multi-stakeholder processes, maintain CRM (HubSpot), forecast accurately, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to refine messaging and ensure customer satisfaction.

Own and execute a 90-day client onboarding program for Veremark, handling technical setup, platform configuration, user training, cross-functional coordination, milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and handover to Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue.
