Own accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a $60M+ ARR SaaS company. Manage month/quarter/year close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, audits, tax compliance, AP/AR/payroll, cash management, ERP/billing integrity, and lead a small accounting team while driving process improvements and technical accounting documentation.

Provide technical customer support and data analysis for Verato customers: troubleshoot tickets, analyze data trends, document solutions, test product functionality, monitor support metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive resolutions and identify upsell opportunities.

Support Professional Services and PMO by coordinating software implementation projects: manage schedules, meetings, documentation, trackers, resource allocation, and risk monitoring to ensure timely delivery of cloud-based MDM solutions for healthcare clients.

Founding SDET on a Platform Assurance team building automated test suites for APIs, UI, and integrations. Design and maintain frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate AI-generated tests and synthetic PHI data, triage failures, prioritize risk-based testing, and act as quality gate for releases.
