Teams at Verato

Provide technical customer support and data analysis for Verato customers: troubleshoot tickets, analyze data trends, document solutions, test product functionality, monitor support metrics, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive resolutions and identify upsell opportunities.

Customer-facing technical leader who designs and implements Verato identity/MDM solutions. Leads workshops, conducts match analysis using Postgres/MongoDB, designs scalable architectures, develops dashboards, mentors staff, and supports escalations and integrations (HL7/FHIR/EMR).

Lead technical onboarding and integration of customers onto the Verato SaaS platform. Automate data processes with scripting, configure analytics and databases, resolve escalated technical issues, produce documentation and training, and collaborate with customers to translate business needs into platform implementations.
