Supports clinical trial site contract and budget preparation, negotiation, execution, amendments, payments, and closeout. Partners with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, CROs, and research sites to facilitate study start-up and maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting. Monitors timelines, identifies discrepancies and risks, resolves payment issues, and contributes to process improvements across multiple clinical studies.

Lead and coach a regional team of Oncology Account Managers to drive commercial execution for a launched oncology therapy across major academic and community centers. Build account plans, manage key accounts and KOL relationships, analyze performance and competitive dynamics, deliver regional business reviews, collaborate cross-functionally (medical affairs, access, marketing), manage regional budget, and ensure compliant, clinically credible field engagement to meet sales goals.
