Oversee inventory, supplier governance, Oracle ERP, serialization/DSCSA, 3PL and global logistics. Coordinate with CMC and Quality for cGMP compliance, support financial forecasting and budgeting, manage packaging/artwork and author CMC regulatory submission sections.

Lead and coach a regional team of Oncology Account Managers to drive commercial execution for a launched oncology therapy across major academic and community centers. Build account plans, manage key accounts and KOL relationships, analyze performance and competitive dynamics, deliver regional business reviews, collaborate cross-functionally (medical affairs, access, marketing), manage regional budget, and ensure compliant, clinically credible field engagement to meet sales goals.

Lead and scale a commercial analytics organization to transform reporting into predictive insights. Own commercial data strategy, forecasting, market and competitive intelligence, and analytics-driven decision support for commercial, market access, patient services, medical affairs, and finance. Drive advanced analytics adoption, guide launches and pipeline commercialization, and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
