The Accounts Payable Manager leads the AP function, managing a team, ensuring compliance, optimizing workflows, and partnering with Finance and Procurement for effective operations.

Leads ChemTreat’s global downstream marketing function, owning demand generation, marketing-generated pipeline, brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, customer engagement, events, marketing operations, and sales enablement. Develops integrated campaigns, manages marketing technology and performance reporting, supports product commercialization and go-to-market initiatives, and translates customer insights into growth opportunities. Oversees global teams, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Manage sales commission plans, calculations, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and payment submissions while supporting payroll activities.
