Manages and grows water treatment customer accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include retaining customers, developing new business, creating sales strategies, meeting revenue and margin targets, presenting proposals, troubleshooting technical issues, and building customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with technical teams, frequent customer engagement, travel across varied sites, and familiarity with water treatment applications and hazardous chemical environments.

Provides strategic and operational HR partnership to USP, Marketing, and VES teams. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, engagement, onboarding, compliance, and HR project leadership. The role advises managers and associates, develops talent strategies, supports organizational design, and improves HR processes using DBS, Lean, and continuous improvement methods.

Manage multiple customer-facing chemical dosing and water treatment system projects from kickoff through implementation, commissioning support, and closeout. Develop schedules, budgets, risk logs, documentation, and change controls while coordinating customers, engineers, contractors, vendors, procurement, manufacturing, and field service teams. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer requirements. Support continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned.
