Provide technical water-treatment support to maintain and grow customer accounts: perform water analysis, calibrate and repair chemical feed systems, monitor and adjust treatment programs, document results in reports, manage inventories, and mentor junior technicians.

Manage high-volume equipment requests (20–30 daily emails/faxes and calls), quote and spec equipment, coordinate vendors, process orders and returns, support sales with escalations, calculate costs/commissions, determine freight routing, and provide phone support. Maintain internal databases, follow escalation procedures, and cross-train within corporate services.

Sell and retain corporate food & beverage accounts for water treatment solutions. Develop account plans, cultivate C-suite relationships, price profitably, meet sales targets, analyze market trends, mentor associates, coordinate with field and technical teams, and support new-business transitions.
