Process and enter PO and non-PO vendor invoices, manage AP workflow (ExFlow in D365), resolve invoice discrepancies, communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, perform month-end close and AP accruals, maintain records and AP aging, and support process improvements and special projects.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with business units to develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis, influencing strategic decisions in manufacturing settings.

Manage assigned territory accounts to retain and grow business by building customer relationships, supporting sales strategies, collaborating with technical staff, creating proposals, troubleshooting site issues, and performing audits. Role requires customer-facing engagement, territory travel, and adherence to safety/PPE requirements.
