The role involves advisory support for deal structures, managing sales pricing requests, processing bookings in Salesforce, and ensuring data cleanliness across systems.

Lead strategic enterprise customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop account success plans, advise on application security and DevSecOps best practices, run executive business reviews, influence product strategy, resolve complex issues, and mentor Customer Success team members.

Act as a technical customer-facing lead to drive adoption of Veracode solutions: onboard customers, integrate products across CI/CD toolchains, automate via APIs, resolve complex app/cloud security issues, present to stakeholders, and feed customer insights to product teams.
