Lead the strategy, design, and operation of Veracode’s internal IT platform. Transform IT into a cloud-native, AI-enabled function through workflow automation, identity and access management, enterprise system integration, self-service, and reliable platform operations. Lead a global IT organization, develop leaders, manage governance and budgets, partner cross-functionally, and align technology capabilities with business priorities while improving efficiency, security, scalability, and employee experience.

Owns the full enterprise sales cycle within an assigned territory, from prospecting through contract close. Develops strategic territory plans, builds relationships with executive stakeholders, manages complex sales cycles, forecasts accurately, and uses value-based selling to guide prospects through discovery, proof of concept, and purchase. Partners with business development, marketing, regional partners, and system integrators while consistently achieving sales targets.

Owns Veracode.com strategy, migration from WordPress to Webflow, day-to-day CMS operations, analytics, SEO, accessibility, performance, governance, and conversion optimization. Leads website roadmaps, campaign launches, A/B testing, personalization, reporting, integrations with Marketo and Salesforce, agency partnerships, QA, and cross-functional delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on page building, troubleshooting, technical oversight, and continuous improvement of digital experiences.
