Lead a team managing implementation, optimization, support, and governance of clinical applications (EHR, LIS, RIS, pharmacy). Drive projects, vendor relationships, interoperability (HL7/FHIR), compliance (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission), workflow improvement, change management, reporting, and cross-functional clinical-IT collaboration to support patient care and organizational strategy.

Provide remote and on-site IT support for internal staff: install and image Windows and software, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, manage ticketing, set up equipment and boardroom presentations, support LAN/WAN and telephone infrastructure, track inventory, and meet SLA response and resolution targets.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of provider education and engagement across assigned regions. Coordinate provider meetings and logistics, develop educational materials and communications, assist with integrations and strategic initiatives, administer CME activities, track engagement metrics, and recommend operational improvements to enhance provider experiences and program adoption.

The Registered Nurse coordinates patient care, performs evaluations, monitors conditions, promotes health practices, and collaborates with healthcare teams for effective service delivery.

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, driving executive operating cadence, cross-functional strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications. Lead enterprise initiatives, develop executive materials and dashboards, remove execution barriers, and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase CEO leverage and organizational alignment.

Support design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs. Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay analyses for hires, promotions, and adjustments. Maintain compensation data, reports, and systems; support merit and incentive administration, compliance, audits, and compensation projects while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
