The Registered Nurse coordinates patient care, performs evaluations, monitors conditions, promotes health practices, and collaborates with healthcare teams for effective service delivery.

Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle: schedule interviews, manage candidate and team inboxes, administer background checks and drug screens, track onboarding readiness in Workday, liaise with Employee Health/IT/Credentialing, and support recruiting events and process improvements.

Lead and scale clinical excellence programs across all business units, overseeing training, coaching, onboarding, workflow optimization, and integration of EHR and value-based care initiatives. Partner with clinical and corporate teams to set KPIs, monitor adoption at acquired practices, run audits, and produce executive reports demonstrating clinical quality and ROI. Supervise trainers, define coaching standards, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional projects.

Provide Tier 1 support for clinical applications, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with teams, and ensure compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for application-related queries.

Serve as the functional and technical Workday expert for Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Design, configure, test, deploy, and support compensation plans, eligibility rules, planning worksheets, reporting, and security. Lead annual merit/bonus cycles, develop calculated fields and integrations, manage releases, and partner with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and Technology teams.
