Recruit Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers across specialties and markets. Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, workforce plans, and provider recruitment initiatives. Advise leaders on market trends and hiring strategies, guide candidates through interviews, offers, contracting, credentialing, and onboarding, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with marketing on employer brand efforts while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Supports, optimizes, tests, and validates population health, quality reporting, and healthcare analytics applications. Analyzes workflows and business requirements, troubleshoots application issues, validates data and reporting, maintains documentation, assesses integration impacts, and partners with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders to improve system performance, user adoption, quality measure support, and operational readiness.

Supports enterprise clinical applications and healthcare interoperability. Investigates application, workflow, interface, data quality, connectivity, and transaction issues across Athena EHR, Lightbeam, HL7 interfaces, APIs, HIE connections, and external healthcare partners. Monitors queues, validates messages and data exchanges, supports upgrades and implementations, documents requirements and testing, and coordinates with vendors and technical teams to resolve integration problems and improve system reliability.

Leads enterprise-wide AI strategy, governance, portfolio execution, ROI tracking, and responsible AI across multiple healthcare business units. Chairs AI governance bodies, manages initiative gating and investment decisions, coordinates clinical, operational, financial, vendor, compliance, and technology stakeholders, and drives measurable transformation outcomes. The role also leads AI talent development, organizational adoption, vendor discipline, clinical safety, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement of the governance operating model.

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, driving executive operating cadence, cross-functional strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications. Lead enterprise initiatives, develop executive materials and dashboards, remove execution barriers, and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase CEO leverage and organizational alignment.
