Designs, implements, automates, and optimizes Azure and hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include Azure compute, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, identity, governance, infrastructure as code, cost optimization, and hybrid integration with Windows, Linux, VMware, storage, and network services. Leads infrastructure projects, resolves complex incidents, establishes technical standards, performs root-cause analysis, mentors engineers, and communicates architecture, risks, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Build and deploy AI-enabled applications, backend services, integrations, and reliable data pipelines across Mosaic Health businesses. Translate operational needs into technical solutions, prototype and evaluate AI approaches, create automated tests, and measure business value. Partner with IT, data, security, finance, vendors, and business owners to deploy approved solutions with strong security, observability, governance, and scalability. The role requires hands-on coding, independent execution, technical leadership, and production support.

Provides Tier 1 through Tier 3 service desk support for hardware, software, network, and application issues. Handles complex incidents, serves as an escalation resource, maintains knowledge-base documentation, trains junior staff, identifies recurring incident trends, supports quality assurance, and recommends process improvements. Participates in after-hours and on-call coverage and operates company vehicles as needed.
