Leads Mosaic Health’s enterprise risk adjustment product strategy, roadmap, and technology capabilities. Owns the Burden of Illness Hub, including patient prioritization, opportunity aggregation, workflow routing, intervention orchestration, and performance analytics. Partners with clinical, engineering, data, operations, finance, and external vendors to establish scalable decisioning, integrate systems, evaluate AI and NLP, manage product governance, and drive adoption, ROI, and continuous improvement across risk adjustment workflows.

Processes standard and non-standard payroll runs, including timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments. Performs payroll reconciliations and audits, maintains employee payroll records, resolves employee inquiries, and supports quarterly and year-end tax compliance activities such as filings and W-2 preparation. Also documents payroll process improvements and supports workflow controls.

Leads Talent Acquisition strategy and operations, including recruiting technology, Workday Recruiting, analytics, workforce intelligence, recruitment marketing, process optimization, and strategic initiatives. Oversees dashboards, automation, AI adoption, employer branding, vendor management, workforce planning support, and enterprise recruiting processes. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes while developing the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
