Supports enterprise clinical applications and healthcare interoperability. Investigates application, workflow, interface, data quality, connectivity, and transaction issues across Athena EHR, Lightbeam, HL7 interfaces, APIs, HIE connections, and external healthcare partners. Monitors queues, validates messages and data exchanges, supports upgrades and implementations, documents requirements and testing, and coordinates with vendors and technical teams to resolve integration problems and improve system reliability.

Leads enterprise-wide AI strategy, governance, portfolio execution, ROI tracking, and responsible AI across multiple healthcare business units. Chairs AI governance bodies, manages initiative gating and investment decisions, coordinates clinical, operational, financial, vendor, compliance, and technology stakeholders, and drives measurable transformation outcomes. The role also leads AI talent development, organizational adoption, vendor discipline, clinical safety, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement of the governance operating model.

Coordinates patient care across providers and service settings, conducts assessments, develops individualized care plans, advocates for patients, provides education, monitors progress, and maintains compliant documentation. The role requires an active Florida RN license and clinical experience, with case management experience preferred. Strong computer, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are needed, along with familiarity with Excel and EMR systems.
