Provides exceptional customer service, supports team selling, processes POS transactions, maintains visual merchandising and store image standards, organizes stockroom inventory, and keeps the sales environment clean and inviting. The role supports sales goals through add-on selling and conversion, follows company policies, works collaboratively, and maintains a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Physical demands include prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise.

Support the customer experience through exceptional service, maintaining store standards, maximizing sales, and operational assistance.

Hands-on technical role administering, configuring, and supporting PLM, ERP, and connected systems. Works with product and business teams to deliver reliable system performance, data integrity, integrations, workflows, and issue resolution. Provides application enablement, on-call support, and continuous improvement to meet service levels and security/data privacy standards.

Administer and support enterprise infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal configuration, performance monitoring, security, and compliance while also providing client application support.
