As a Keyholder, you support store leadership to achieve sales goals, motivate the team, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store operations and visual standards.

Provide exceptional in-store customer service and drive sales by recommending products and add-ons. Maintain visual merchandising and daily store operations, support team selling, uphold company policies, and meet store metrics. Perform physical tasks including regular lifting and stocking.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of supply chain technology capabilities. Oversees systems supporting inventory, forecasting, planning, allocation, replenishment, sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Manages strategic projects, vendors, stakeholders, and a product and technology team while driving solution delivery, operational stability, business adoption, process improvement, and measurable business value.
