Represent the Vera Bradley brand by providing exceptional in-store customer service, recommending products, driving sales through add-on selling and outreach, and supporting merchandising and store operations. Maintain visual standards, an organized environment, and company policies while working with store leadership and teammates. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise.

Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions, customizations, integrations, and Azure-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design scalable software, integrate data pipelines, test and debug applications, document solutions, maintain platforms, and support upgrades. The role also involves managing project requirements and risks, staying current with Microsoft technologies, and mentoring team members.

Provides exceptional customer service, promotes products through team and add-on selling, processes POS transactions, maintains visual merchandising and store standards, organizes stock, and supports a clean, welcoming retail environment.
