The Policy and Partnerships Manager will develop, launch, and manage micromobility markets and partnerships, ensuring alignment among teams and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.

Lead SKU rationalization, parts consumption analysis, and hardware quality improvement. Bridge Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to reduce costs, optimize inventory, improve serviceability, and support reverse logistics and supplier quality across North American markets.

Lead daily warehouse and field operations for a dockless micromobility program. Manage routes, fleet deployment, inventory, maintenance requests, and compliance with city agreements. Recruit, train, and supervise local hourly associates, drive ridership, monitor operations metrics, and ensure timely operations data and fleet health reporting.

As the Policy and Partnerships Manager, you will establish relationships with clients, manage partnerships, advise on compliance, and support market expansion.
