The Policy and Partnerships Manager will develop, launch, and manage micromobility markets and partnerships, ensuring alignment among teams and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.

Leads technical supply chain and hardware lifecycle initiatives, including SKU rationalization, inventory optimization, parts consumption analysis, cost reduction, repair efficiency, and vehicle quality improvement. Partners across Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, Finance, and international teams to analyze field failures, warranty data, and hardware performance. Develops corrective actions, supports supplier and product improvements, and serves as the liaison between U.S. operations and Asia-based quality teams. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel.

As the Policy and Partnerships Manager, you will establish relationships with clients, manage partnerships, advise on compliance, and support market expansion.

Hands-on accounting role owning AP lifecycle, AR operations, corporate card administration, reimbursements, journal entries, monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, vendor compliance (W-9/1099), and improving internal controls while supporting cross-functional partners.
