The Policy and Partnerships Manager will develop, launch, and manage micromobility markets and partnerships, ensuring alignment among teams and fostering relationships with various stakeholders.

Lead SKU rationalization, parts consumption analysis, and hardware quality improvement. Bridge Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to reduce costs, optimize inventory, improve serviceability, and support reverse logistics and supplier quality across North American markets.

Lead local dockless micromobility operations including daily warehouse and field work, route planning, fleet deployment and maintenance, inventory management, team recruiting and training, data and fleet health reporting, ensuring compliance with city agreements and SOPs, and driving ridership and customer service.
