Provides administrative support for HR operations at a facility. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, entering data into HR systems, coordinating drug testing and physicals, managing orientation logistics, verifying vacation allotments, issuing badges and communications, coordinating vendors, and tracking compliance activities.

Administer and optimize Windows, Linux, VMware, cloud, storage, and backup environments across on-premises data centers and cloud platforms. Oversee contractor planning and Advanced Work Packaging processes for major LNG construction projects. Coordinate Workface Planning, Engineering Work Packages, Procurement Work Packages, and Field Installation Work Packages for modular steel, mechanical, piping, and electrical work. Track package execution, material readiness, constraints, and schedule integration while coordinating across project departments and communicating status to project and executive management.

Leads project quality management for an LNG construction project by implementing quality systems, plans, procedures, metrics, training, audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Manages QA/QC personnel, evaluates subcontractors, monitors construction compliance with specifications and regulatory standards, prepares quality reports for leadership, and drives continuous improvement. Requires extensive construction quality experience, knowledge of API, ASME, ISO, and related standards, technical drawing interpretation skills, strong leadership, and willingness to travel.

Leads mechanical engineering design and technical execution for LNG and cryogenic process projects. Responsibilities include scope development, cost estimating, equipment and materials specification, project scheduling, construction support, contractor oversight, technical quality, change management, bid evaluations, and compliance with codes and standards. The role also mentors engineers and supports reliability, operability, cost reduction, and project objectives.

Optimize LNG liquefaction train availability and performance at the Calcasieu Pass facility. Responsibilities include setting production targets, developing daily production plans, maintaining real-time surveillance models, analyzing operating deviations, identifying reliability improvements, managing production risks and losses, leading root-cause analyses and engineering investigations, supporting change management, forecasting, delivery planning, service agreements, and production excellence standards.

Directs project controls for a major LNG project, overseeing cost and schedule management, progress reporting, change control, risk, forecasting, contractor performance, invoice approvals, and project closeout. Leads the project controls organization, coordinates with Finance and other stakeholders, integrates company and contractor systems, and communicates performance, issues, and corrective actions to senior management.

Leads sourcing and procurement strategies for pipe, valves, and fittings. Manages vendor prequalification, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, purchase orders, frame agreements, and complex contracts. Partners with stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, schedule, compliance, and risk. Reviews requisitions, recommends suppliers, mentors supply chain personnel, and supports project and operational procurement objectives. The role is based in Houston, requires daily office work, occasional off-hours availability, periodic travel, and extensive procurement experience in complex construction or project environments.

Provides mechanical engineering authority for static equipment at LNG facilities, including MOC and HAZOP signoff, inspection readiness, pneumatic test validation, exclusion-zone calculations, site technical support, and review of surveyor deliverables. Requires extensive design, commissioning, or operations experience with static equipment, strong knowledge of ASME and API standards, process piping and heat exchangers, systems completions, engineering drawings, and the ability to mentor technical staff.

Supports Project Controls operations at an on-site LNG facility by coordinating vendor access, managing Genetec and resource-usage data, reviewing labor and cost templates, validating invoices, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role analyzes project information, facilitates communication among internal teams and vendors, supports project management objectives, and helps mitigate project challenges while maintaining data accuracy and budget efficiency.

Procures third-party goods and services for LNG operations by leading RFx and bidding processes, executing sourcing plans, administering contracts and purchase orders in SAP and Coupa, supporting scope development, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.

Leads enterprise records management program implementation across business units. Develops file plans, deploys repositories, advises on classification and retention, conducts compliance audits, documents EDMS requirements, maintains policies and schedules, tracks program metrics, and supports information governance, privacy, legal hold, and continuity initiatives. Requires extensive project engineering and management experience, including significant LNG industry experience.

Optimizes LNG liquefaction train availability, performance, production targets, operating limits, and LNG rundown. Builds real-time surveillance models, analyzes operating deviations and production losses, develops reliability improvements and mitigation plans, supports production reviews, forecasting, service agreements, investigations, management of change, and root-cause analyses. The role also contributes to production excellence standards and lessons learned across facilities.
