Coordinates customer freight shipments by generating rates, accepting tenders, entering shipment data into a TMS, and building and scheduling loads. Communicates shipment updates, identifies potential service failures, collaborates with operations to resolve issues, updates customer websites, and works toward customer service scorecard goals. Requires strong communication, active listening, basic computer skills, and high school education in a fast-paced environment.

Develops inbound logistics and transportation plans for customers and pre-sales activities. Designs optimized routes, load plans, shipment frequencies, and supply chain networks while minimizing transit time, mileage, and inventory costs. Leads savings initiatives, network optimization, launches, and customer expansions. Tracks performance metrics, communicates program updates, applies logistics analysis and optimization tools, and collaborates with logistics managers and control tower operations.

Performs logistics data analysis, network planning, route and load optimization, and third-party logistics solution development. Analyzes shipment data, designs cost-effective transportation networks, tracks performance metrics, supports proposals and pricing analysis, and contributes to savings, launches, and customer expansion projects. The role also coordinates with account managers, control tower operations, and service providers while communicating program updates and recommendations.

Coordinates shipments, inventory, and material flow through warehouses and crossdocks. Tracks delivery deadlines, resolves shipment and inventory discrepancies, communicates with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, and generates operational reports. The role also identifies cost-saving opportunities, updates transportation and inventory systems, audits processes, and troubleshoots operational issues while maintaining accurate documentation and customer requirements.

Manage the companywide tire program to maximize tire life, lower costs, ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, and improve fleet uptime through data analysis, vendor management, audits, and coordination of replacements, retreads, repairs, and inventory.

Support and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure ISO 9001:2015 and customer compliance. Perform audits, manage CAPA, investigate nonconformances, conduct root cause analysis, monitor inventory and quality metrics, support cycle counts, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics operations.
